Dear SCSMI members
Allow me to draw your attention to the item I posted on the Forum before the Christmas break – the CfP for the next Cognitive Futures in the Arts and Humanities conference, taking place at the University of Kent, 1-4 July 2018. Cognitive Futures is, in effect, a humanities-wide equivalent to SCSMI; this is the fifth conference organised by the network, following events in Bangor, Durham, Oxford, Helsinki, and Stony Brook, and will feature of our very own Margrethe Bruun Vaage as one of the keynotes. The deadline for proposals is not far ahead now – 5 January – but if you are interested and think you may need a little more time to put something together, contact the organisers at cogfutures@kent.ac.uk and f.vass-rhee@kent.ac.uk.
The CfP and event details are available here:

Happy New Year!
