Student & Early Career Awards

BSA_LOGO

We are pleased to announce that a grant from the British Society of Aesthetics will allow us to support attendance at the conference for a number of student and early career presenters at SCSMI 2015.

We will be able to waive registration fees for some presenters and in addition we will make a small number of travel awards. Four of the travel awards will be reserved for student/early career BSA members.

Presenters of posters, short papers, and long papers are all eligible. Applicants should be students, post docs, or early in their career (less than 5 years post PhD degree).

To apply

Please download and complete the application form. Email it with a copy of your cv to scsmi2015@gmail.com. Also request a brief letter endorsing your application from a supervisor or someone who knows your work well. Ask the recommender to email the endorsement to the same address with your name in the subject line.

*Deadline extension*

Applications for awards are now due by midnight (GMT) March 6th, 2015.

Applicants who are also members of the BSA will be favored. Membership of the BSA can be obtained here for as little as £19.
