Members of SCSMI may be interested to know that Cognitive Futures in the Arts and Humanities, an international research network with similar interests to SCSMI, will be hosting their next conference in Mainz, Germany, from 19-23 June. This places the conference just after, and relatively close by, the next SCSMI conference in Hamburg, 12-15 June. Past Cognitive Futures events have featured SCSMI members as speakers; the proximity of the two conferences this year might be an opportunity to build further bridges…or just to have an extended sojourn in Germany.
